# ForHotel

> ForHotel Management System (also known as ForHotel or ForHotelMS) is an independent Ukrainian cloud-based hotel management platform (SaaS) for hotels, apartments, hostels, cabins, chalets and glamping sites. It is developed entirely in-house — no parent company, no third-party engine underneath — and works as one integrated system rather than a set of separate tools.

Online bookings, a room tape chart, guest payments, and sync with Booking.com and Airbnb. All in your browser — no software to install, no servers to run.

PMS, Channel Manager and Booking Engine — three modules, one system. Each module works independently — and stronger together. Connect only what your property needs.

Property categories (prices depend on the category):

- **Hotels** (priced as Hotel): Small and large hotels, hotel chains, art hotels, boutique hotels, resorts, holiday parks, inns
- **Apartments** (priced as Apartments; every apartment, house or cottage counts as one unit): Short-term rentals, flats, apart-hotels, houses, villas, chalets, cottages, guest houses
- **Hostels**: Classic, glamping, capsule hostels, boutique hostels
- **Other** (priced individually): Management companies: efficient portfolio management

Pricing per month by property category, from the [calculator](https://forhotel.eu/en/pricing). Prices in hryvnia (₴) are a lower rate for properties located in Ukraine, even if the owner lives abroad; properties in other countries are priced in euros (€):

- Hotel, PMS: ₴600 / €30 for up to 10 rooms, plus ₴45 / €2.25 for each additional room
- Hotel, Channel Manager: ₴600 / €30 regardless of the number of rooms
- Apartments, PMS: ₴300 / €15 for up to 3 apartments, plus ₴45 / €2.25 for each additional apartment
- Apartments, Channel Manager: ₴45 / €2.25 per apartment
- Over 100 rooms or several properties? For large hotels and management companies, we work out the cost individually — this gets you a better price for every room.

How we work:

- **Hotels set the priorities, not investors**: There is no parent company above us, so the roadmap is shaped by what the hotels we work with ask for. A feature ships because someone at a front desk needed it, not because an outside vendor’s plan called for it.
- **Adapted to your processes**: A decade of custom development for European hotels left us with something cloud PMS platforms rarely offer: the system can be extended to fit a specific property’s internal processes.
- **Ukrainian payment providers, connected directly**: monobank and LiqPay are integrated without intermediaries: prepayments are charged automatically and the transaction lands on the tape chart straight away. International systems rarely support these providers.
- **Data in the EU and US, under GDPR**: The infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services in the European Union and the US, and personal data is processed under GDPR.
- **Training, not just access**: Onboarding comes with free online training for your team — so the system works from day one instead of “we’ll figure it out eventually”.

- **What is the price based on?** The price depends on the number of rooms in the hotel inventory and the set of modules/products that will be implemented.
- **Is there a trial period?** Yes, of course, we provide a trial period of 14 days for testing.
- **How can I understand the system settings?** The intuitive and simple design ensures maximum efficiency for your team. However, we do offer employee free online training if needed.
- **Is there any technical support during the use of the platform?** You bet! Tech support is at your service during business hours, Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Plus, we have an the on-call mode on weekends and holidays.
- **Where is your server located?** We use Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the EU and the US, which guarantees the uptime of our service.
- **Will I be able to work on my phone or tablet?** You will be able to work from any device, without any restrictions in functionality. We have done our best to ensure full accessibility and adaptability.
- **Can the system be installed locally on a work computer?** Our platform is a web-based solution and cannot be installed locally. But this has a big advantage - access from anywhere in the world.
